Lake Superior Writers has announced the names of the winners and honorable mentions for the 2017 LSW Writing Contest “Rivers: Mapped and Unmapped.” Categories included:  Poetry, Short-Short Story (up to 500 words), Short Story (1,500-5,000 words), and Creative Nonfiction (1,500-5,000 words).

Contest Winners

The winner in each category will receive $250, read from their winning entry at the LSW Member Event and Contest Reading on April 21, and be published on our website.
